Cash Flow Manager
The Cash Flow Manager allows you to reduce monthly repayments and substantially improve cash flow by capitalising part of the interest charged in the early years of the loan. The immediate cash flow savings are substantial under the Cash Flow Manager as you only pay a portion of the interest with the balance added to the outstanding balance of the loan.

As an example, an overall loan that is based on an 8.7% interest rate will have a commencement rate of 4.45% in the first year; 5.7% in the second year; 6.7% in the third year; 7.7% in the fourth year and 8.7% in the fifth year.
